Принцип работы

The HPC Hydraulic Cone Crusher operates on a continuous compression mechanism between a fixed cone (bowl liner) and an oscillating moving cone (mantle). Raw material is fed into the top of the crushing chamber and distributed evenly.

Driven by the motor, the eccentric sleeve rotates, causing the main shaft and the moving cone to gyrate. As the mantle swings closer to the bowl liner, the material is compressed, bent, and fractured. When the mantle swings away, the crushed material falls by gravity and is discharged from the bottom.

The advanced hydraulic system not only allows for rapid adjustment of the discharge gap to control the final particle size but also acts as an automatic overload protection mechanism, clearing uncrushable materials (like tramp iron) safely.

1. Material Feeding – Bulk material enters the crushing chamber continuously from the top feed hopper. 

2. Eccentric Gyration – The motor drives the eccentric sleeve, forcing the mantle into a high-powered gyratory motion.

3. Continuous Crushing – Material is subjected to powerful, multi-directional compression between the mantle and bowl liner. 

4. Hydraulic Adjustment – Hydraulic cylinders accurately control the bowl’s vertical position to define the final discharge size. 

5. Overload Protection – The hydraulic system automatically releases tramp iron and resets the gap, ensuring uninterrupted production.
