NDT Process
Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
We use ultrasonic waves to examine internal structure and detect hidden flaws or inclusions within thick castings, ensuring uniform density and soundness.
Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
By magnetizing ferromagnetic materials, surface and near-surface cracks become visible through magnetic particle attraction, guaranteeing surface integrity.
Dimensional & Hardness Verificationy
Precision measuring instruments and portable hardness testers are used to confirm dimensional accuracy and material consistency across all production batches.
