The PC-Series Hammer Crusher is engineered for the efficient primary and secondary crushing of medium-hard and brittle materials. Its high-speed rotary impact mechanism ensures a high crushing ratio, allowing for significant particle size reduction in a single stage.
The adjustable grate gap design allows for precise output size control, making it highly adaptable for applications requiring uniform material grading. The heavy-duty frame structure, combined with wear-resistant alloy hammerheads and impact plates, ensures stable performance and extended service life under continuous industrial operation.

The PC Hammer Crusher operates based on a high-speed rotary impact mechanism. When raw material enters the crushing chamber, it is immediately struck by the rapidly rotating hammerheads attached to the main rotor.
The initial impact shatters the material, propelling it at high velocity against the impact plates inside the casing for secondary fragmentation. The material continues to be crushed through repeated collisions between the hammers, the impact plates, and the material itself.
Finally, material smaller than the gaps in the bottom grate is discharged as the final product. Larger pieces remain in the crushing zone to undergo further impact and grinding until they reach the required output size.
送料 – Bulk material enters the crushing zone through the upper feed opening.
