In this project, a Brazilian customer ordered 40 customized slag pots after comparing several suppliers. They ultimately chose Hanhai Metallurgy for our strong technical team, integrated process capabilities, and excellent cost performance — earning us the title of a “cost-effective steel casting manufacturer” among international clients.This cooperation came after Metso’s on-site inspection at Hanhai Metallurgy, during which the company recognized our technical strength, production capacity, and management efficiency.
The Brazilian client had been searching for a reliable foundry with a comprehensive production process — covering design, casting, machining, and quality inspection — all under one roof.
Before cooperating with Hanhai, they had inspected two other domestic foundries, but none met their expectations. Upon visiting Hanhai Metallurgy’s factory, they were impressed by our rigorous casting process, automated molding line, and strict quality control standards, leading to a long-term cooperation agreement.
This cooperation marks another milestone in Hanhai Metallurgy’s globalization journey.
