The PYF Compound Cone Crusher is engineered for secondary and tertiary crushing applications in mining, quarrying, and aggregate production. Featuring a combination of optimized crushing chamber design and high-speed eccentric motion, it delivers high reduction ratios and uniform particle size distribution.
Compared with traditional spring cone crushers, the PYF compound design integrates hydraulic adjustment and overload protection, improving operational stability and reducing downtime. The PYF Compound Cone Crusher operates based on the principle of laminated crushing. Material enters the crushing chamber from the top and is continuously compressed between the mantle and concave as the eccentric shaft rotates.
The mantle performs a gyratory motion driven by the eccentric assembly, creating a dynamic crushing cavity where material is crushed through multiple compression and shear actions. This multi-layer crushing process ensures higher reduction efficiency and a more uniform particle size distribution.
Hydraulic or mechanical adjustment systems allow precise control of the discharge opening, enabling flexible output size regulation according to production requirements.
1. Material Feeding – Raw material enters the crushing chamber from the top feed opening.
